Acorn in the making

 While making my acorn I had to do several things. I had to create a base form that consisted of eight petal shapes and a few half circles for support. Next I to create a curls at the bottom to create that hairy look on the acorn. Then I had to create the texture by creating small petal shapes and then scoring them in three different places and then gluing them in the middle to make them pop. This was the most tedious part. The next tedious part was layering them on the base itself.
